HOW TO ORDER

Rhinestone Castles Ordering and Shipping Information and Company Policy

We recommend you read this entire page before ordering from the site.

To place an order you may use the shopping cart, which takes all major credit cards, or use the Paypal button, which allows you to use your credit cards, checking account or savings account for payment. If you don't have a Paypal account, click on the Paypal logo and follow the easy directions.  

Or send me an email, please put the word ORDER in the subject line along with the item number and a brief description of what you would like. In the body of the email please put the item number(s), your name and location and your desired method of payment and shipping. We will get back to you with your payment total...we try to respond within 24 hours. We are closed on Sundays.

We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards. Checks and money orders must clear before shipping. Foreign orders - international money orders in U.S. funds are accepted along with Paypal, International Paypal must have a confirmed address and/or you are an established longtime customer with us. Paypal also requires signature confirmation on all orders over $250.00.  

Layaways are available on in-stock items over $50.  Layaway items under $100 must be paid for in two (2) EQUAL PAYMENTS, the second due 30 days after receipt of the first payment. Items over $100 must be paid in either 2 or 3 payments, due 30 and 60 days after first payment. First payment must be received with seven days of order, ten days for foreign orders. We do not ship items until they are completely paid for.

We will ship your choice: priority mail insured, first class insured or UPS insured on all domestic orders at cost or as close to cost as possible. Deliveries to foreign countries will vary in cost and method. We are happy to ship to all countries where the U.S. government allows.  However, your purchase may be subject to import costs, which are the buyer's responsibility. There is a minimum $6.00 shipping/insurance charge on items paid by credit card and credit cards through Paypal.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order and love what you purchase from us; however, we cannot, unfortunately refund postage costs. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as sent, and must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Please let us know via email immediately if you need to return any items. Please return in original packaging. We will immediately refund your money on receipt of returned item in same condition as mailed.

PRIVACY POLICY

No information about you, the customer, will ever be passed on to a third party without your expressed permission.

We will make you aware of special promotions, new additions, and any policy changes, if at any time you do not want to be on our mailing list just send us an email asking us to remove you from the list.
